Chun Li's Apprentice: 1
Lily Constantine was so excited, for the day she had been waiting for had finally come. She had come to a great turning point in her martial arts training.
For the past two years Lily had been training under a great fighter named Chun Li. And her master, Chun Li, had finally deemed her training one third complete. Normally the two year mark meant a quarter of training complete, if that, especially for a foreigner.
Lily had been brought to China by her father at 15 and a half. Mr. Constantine was a Canadian citizen who worked for an international bureau specializing in catching international criminals and terrorists. This organization was c

Lily was thrown into a prison cell rather forcefully as she yelled for her innocence.
"It wasn't me, I swear! I didn't kill that guy! Someone else did! Please, you have to believe me!!" She yelled through the bars.
But the police ignored her and grumbled something in Chinese that Lily could not understand.
"Please! Wait! I didn't do it!!"
But she was still ignored.
"You keep yellin' and they're only going to come back to spray mace in your eyes...or beat you." A very American voice came from behind Lily.
She turned around, startled, to see a muscular Caucasian blond man in a white and off-black striped prison suit, and cuffs and chain

Lily and Cody sat in silence for hours after that. Nothing happened at all until a police officer came up to the cell and began speaking in Chinese to Lily. She understood enough to know she had visitor. When Lily stood up she saw who her visitor was and became both relieved and frightened. It was her master, Chun Li.
"Master! Thank God you're here!" Lily said.
But Chun Li did not look as happy as Lily. She put a hand up for Lily to be quiet.
"I can't believe this." Chun Li said shaking her head. "I taught you the art of Senpuken because I thought you could handle the responsibility of having such power. And then you go and murder an innoc

They had been running for about 30 minutes, with only a few seconds of rest here and there. Finally, neither Lily nor Cody could run anymore and they wound up collapsing in the middle of the woods.
Cody slouched up against a tree and Lily did the same with a rock. The two were so out of breath they took a full 10 minutes to fully catch their breathing. Silence fell over them again and it stayed that way for another 10 minutes. But then, all of a sudden, Cody got up from his seat on the ground and began walking off. Lily was confused and shouted after him.
"Hey! Wait!" Where are you going?"
Cody stopped and looked back.
"What? I'm out

Cody and Lily had been walking for a short while and the whole time Lily had the feeling they were being followed. The jungle seemed endless, but it couldn't go on forever. They had strayed away from the city after breaking out of prison, but it was inevitable to run into one of the surrounding communities. So they just kept walking in one direction.
Suddenly Lily heard a rustling that could be no random animal. Someone, or something, was indeed following them.
"Hey. Hold on." Lily said quietly to Cody.
He halted and looked back.
Lily had turned around and was staring out into the jungle.
"I know you're out there! I can hear you watchin

Blanka led Lily and Cody through the jungle for a couple hours until finally they arrived at what appeared to be a dojo. They walked right up to the front walkway. But Blanka stopped when he noticed no one in the training area.
"Master Dan?" He said in his raspy voice.
Suddenly out of no where, a loud yelling came and a flash of pink raced across everyone's eyes. Then a loud thud came and everyone looked over to see a man dressed in a pink gi, with brown hair in a pony tail, stunned on the ground. Cody stood next to him, fist extended in the air and looking irritated.
Blanka went over to the man and said, "Dan, are you alright?"

Lily and Cody did just as Sakura had suggested. And it paid off nicely. They managed to make the equivalent of $1500. It wasn't an insane amount, but it was enough to get out of the country. And luck was again on their side when they met someone at the fight club who could transfer them to the nearest airport where they knew someone who could smuggle them on the next flight to Vancouver, British Columbia. Of course all for a sum of money. It took almost all of their winnings but they could really trust no one else.
The ride to the airport was uncomfortable and smelly. And getting on the plane took time and was very nerve racking.

Lily did as she promised and managed to get a few hundred dollars out of her savings account the next morning. She even had a friend of her father's, who worked for the the government, and did not know of her and Cody's situation, make the two passports. She claimed that Cody was a friend and both of them had lost all identification and needed new proof. Lily even had Cody dress in some of her father's clothing and keep his prison suit and chains hidden. He would be able to change back into his regular outfit when they got to Las Vegas. And finally they were all ready, complete with booked flights.
So Lily and Cody wound up in Las Vegas tryi

Lily and Cody had two options to try to find Vega. The country of Spain or the Shadow loo base in Russia. Going to Spain would definitely prove to be a long shot. Where in Spain would Vega even be? So Lily decided their best bet would be to find the base in Russia.
Getting to Russia would be hard though. Plus they had no idea where in Russia to go. Luckily the papers Lily had printed out had information on such a base. It was located in far northern Russia just outside of a small remote town. It was the perfect place for a secret base.
So all Lily and Cody had to do was procure a way to Russia. And so Lily wired some more money from her b

It was another long flight to New Dehli, India. Both Lily and Cody were tired of traveling. But Lily was on a mission. Besides the life of a fugitive is never a sound and stable one, as Cody knew. Both of them had been lucky enough to avoid getting caught by the authorities thus far so they had to keep going. But luck had been on their side just as much as it hadn't.
Lily and Cody were walking through a crowded street. There was apparently some kind of festival going on. It must have been a big important Indian celebration because people lined the streets, some dancing. And mixed in were decorated elephants and carts selling small items and
