XD I was running through the Thieves Guild questline again and I was down in Mercer's basement rooting through all his plans. I grab everything and head down to the Ratway Vaults and on my way I notice the Danger shadowmark on the side of a hole that drops down into the rest of the Vault. XD I hardly ever notice the symbols planted around Skyrim so I had to take a screenshot. XD
Enjoy though ^.^

Oddly, I always noticed them but thought they were poorly-rendered metal wall decorations hahaha xD It wasn't until I looked it up that I found they were even called Shadowmarks and what they were for--though I wish they'd be more useful because to be honest I never get much or anything out of "loot" ones :\ let alone finding it.

lol XD Really? I had noticed just a couple, like the danger symbol near Jorrvaskr and stuff XD But yea, they don't offer much of help XD They're cool to find though, and funny to see which ones are where XD

Ooops, my mistake! XD I read the wiki page wrong. It actually means escape route XD Sorry about that. Here's the Shadowmarks wiki in case you want to read up on them ^.^

What helps me remember "danger" is the fact that it looks like a giant interlocked "!". Just visually separate the "o" from the "V" and bam, exclamation mark :D

Houses NOT to loot (protected buy Guild) have the Guild Shadowmark, which I think that's the diamond with two circles in it or something. "Safe" Shadowmarks are useless since they don't do anything like call off enemies. The only "Safe" one I know of (not literally secure) is under that nub of a bride you first walk over in Whiterun.

XD Hmm...I have no idea then XD I had trouble telling which symbol each text was reffering too because they clumped the text all together. XD Let me look at it again and make the appropriate changes.
